Guarantee terms

We publish the conditions before you book a call.

We guarantee one thing, on one product, under one set of conditions. Everything else we sell, we sell on what it does — not on a number we promise in advance. The conditions below are not fine print; a guarantee only works if both sides know what it depends on.

Full terms are in your services agreement, provided before you sign anything.

What “shown” means

We bill on shown, not booked. Booked is a calendar entry. Shown is a person in your chair.

A shown meeting is a scheduled consultation the prospect attends — at all, for any length of time, whatever the outcome. If they arrive and are seen, it counts.

These do not count, and we are not paid for them
No-shows
Cancellations, by the prospect or by you
Appointments rescheduled and never attended

Rescheduled and then attended counts once, not twice.

A meeting is ours if we contacted the person in any channel — phone, email, LinkedIn, or social — within 180 days before the appointment. Walk-ins we never contacted are not ours. Existing patients rebooking on their own are not ours.

Verification. We need read access to your appointment records, or a standing export — appointment date, status, provider, and name. Never clinical records. We reconcile monthly. If we request access and do not receive it within 10 business days, our count stands.

The guarantee

The Workplace-Cluster Outbound Pilot: $5,000 for 60 days, 15 shown meetings guaranteed.

This is the only guarantee we offer, and it exists only on the 60-day pilot for our B2B product.

$5,000
Covers the full 60 days — 50% when you sign, 50% on day 30.
15
Meetings that show inside the 60 days.
$100
Per shown meeting, billed separately every two weeks in arrears.
Why 15 over 60 days and not 15 in the first month.

Fifteen shown meetings a month is what this channel should produce once it is running. It does not run on day one. Building the employer map, sourcing and verifying contacts, warming sending infrastructure, and getting a LinkedIn cadence moving takes weeks before the first meeting lands. So we guarantee the steady-state monthly number across the ramp instead of pretending the ramp isn’t there. If it were going to produce fifteen in thirty days, we would have sold you the monthly.

What we do in those 60 days

We identify the employers that are geographically convenient to your practice — between you and the housing clusters your patients come from, and the businesses immediately around you. We source and verify the contacts at those companies, remove anyone who is already your customer, screen against do-not-call registries, and verify the email addresses. We build the target lists inside LinkedIn and run outreach from your account, segmented by age band so the right procedures are pitched to the right contacts. Our SDRs work the phone against everyone who engages. Every meeting comes out of our CRM, our phone system, and our email infrastructure, worked by reps we hired, trained, and manage.

If we miss

If fewer than 15 meetings show inside the 60 days, we keep working at no additional retainer until the fifteenth meeting shows or 30 more days pass, whichever comes first. Show fees continue during that period — we are still paid only when someone is in your chair. That is the entire remedy. No refund of the pilot fee, and no automatic extension past day 30.

What we need from you
Your LinkedIn account and Sales Navigator seat to work from — credentials included, because LinkedIn has no partner-access system — or $250/month for us to build and manage one
A patient or customer export we can infer employers from
A named person who can approve messaging within 3 business days
A named clinical contact before we send a single message
Appointment record access for verification
No competing outbound to the same employers during the engagement
Where it does not apply

Any period in which you pause the campaign, withhold approvals for more than 5 business days, revoke our access, are past due on an invoice, or change your service menu or pricing materially.

After the pilot

The service continues at $3,000/month plus $100 per shown meeting, month to month, cancel on 30 days’ written notice. The guarantee does not carry forward into the monthly term.

Everything else

No guarantee, and here is why

Social Lead Response & Conversion
$3,000/month, includes up to 200 inquiries, then $15 each, plus $100 per shown meeting

We convert inbound. If your content and ad spend stop producing inquiries, there is nothing to convert, and any number we promised would be a number about your marketing, not about our work. What we commit to instead: live human coverage from 8am Eastern to 10pm Pacific, Monday through Friday, staffed from both coasts, for the inquiries automation can’t handle — and multi-channel follow-up, drip, LinkedIn, and phone, on the no-shows and reschedules that a front desk cannot chase. Weekends are not included; they are $1,000 for the two days, up to 200 inquiries, ordered three business days ahead.

Employer & Referral Partnerships (HR)
$3,000 setup, then $3,000/month, plus $100 per shown meeting from lunch-and-learns and events

Partnership development runs on other people’s calendars. An HR director deciding whether to host a lunch-and-learn moves on a timeline neither of us controls. Anyone guaranteeing volume here is guaranteeing something they cannot deliver — and we are not going to substitute a promised activity count for a promised outcome, because activity is not the thing you are buying. You pay a setup fee, a monthly retainer, and $100 for every meeting that shows up out of an event. If nothing shows, you pay no show fees.

Revitalize (Database Reactivation)
Tier 1 $1,500/month, Tier 2 $3,000/month, both include 20 calling hours, plus $100 per shown meeting

The ceiling on reactivation is your file. A thin or stale list caps the outcome no matter how well it is worked, and we are not going to guarantee a number against data we have not seen. What we commit to instead: 20 hours of calling a month — roughly 300 dials, depending on list quality and connect rates — against records we have screened against your opt-in list and the do-not-call registry, enriched, and email-verified. Tier 1 is an SDR dialing your list inside your CRM; reporting is whatever your system produces. Tier 2 runs inside ours, adds email and LinkedIn, and adds full multi-channel reporting. More calling is available in prepaid 10-hour blocks at $500.

The rest of the conditions

Full terms are in your services agreement. This page is a summary of material conditions. Where the two differ, the signed agreement governs.
The guarantee is per location. A second location is a separate engagement.
The guarantee does not survive cancellation. Cancel and it ends on the effective date, along with any extension period running under it.
We can end the guarantee on 30 days’ written notice, whether or not the number has been reached. We will tell you why. Fees earned through that date, including show fees, remain payable.
We report monthly. Meetings claimed, the qualifying contact for each, and how the count reconciles to your booking system. We also report consult-to-treatment conversion by procedure and by staff member where you give us the numbers.
This is not a projection of revenue. We guarantee meetings, not treatments, not patients, and not dollars. What happens in the consultation room is yours.
Read it, then decide whether to book.

That order is deliberate. If any condition on this page is a problem for your practice, it is better for both of us that you know now.
